Extraordinary What?!
This commercial came on the other day. I thought it was peaceful, serene. Lovely visual effects show an amalgam of different nuts in a sort of game of dominoes, pushing each other over into cute little patterns. Then you get to see the brand of….wait did that guy just say “nut sack“?!
I guess technically he says “extraordinary nut sNack”…but let’s get serious here for a second. Who says “nutsnack”? Is that even a word? Kudos to the marketing team behind True North. I wish I could get away with saying nut sack on national television.

Hey, i also was baffled with the end of the commercial’s “delicious nutsnack” and said to my girlfriend next to me… “there’s no way that will stay like that…” and sure enough, on a recent running of the commercial, it’s been edited down to “delicious snack.” Too bad, i thought it was clever.
