Some dude posted a video on YouTube a while ago of a glitch in Tiger Woods ‘08. The video showed Tiger standing on a water hazard (a’la Jesus), lining up for a shot. Here’s how EA Sports responds.
This commercial came on the other day. I thought it was peaceful, serene. Lovely visual effects show an amalgam of different nuts in a sort of game of dominoes, pushing each other over into cute little patterns. Then you get to see the brand of….wait did that guy just say “nut sack“?! (more…)
If there’s one thing I love, it’s horrible Japanese to English translations. If you’re not familiar with the humor that can be found in such things, check out this commercial for Bikini Zone, a hair removal cream. Oh, it also happens to feature a blonde in a binkini. “That is one crotch for looking at!” (Might be slightly NSFW)
Generally speaking, everyone feels pretty similarly when it comes to advertisements. A new IBM patent would allow for companies to stick advertisements right in the middle of a DVD movie. So you’d sit and watch a bit of the film, then all of a sudden a commercial would start to run, disabling your fast-forward button. Once the commercial is over, you’d be returned to the film. The point of the patent is to offer lower-priced ad-supported DVDs to consumers and provide another revenue stream for movie studios. Personally, I think I just shit my pants.
