New Terminator Movie Dated

TerminatorTerminator Salvation: The Future Begins is the fourth installment in the Terminator series and the first of a new trilogy. Warner Bros. has set May 22, 2009 as the official release date for the film which will pick up shortly after the original trilogy left off. Christian Bale, the go-to guy for franchises in need of rejuvenation, will star as an adult John Connor doing exactly what John Connor has always done: fighting Skynet. I’m pretty psyched about it even though I don’t remember any of the original three films. Good thing I have well over a year to catch up.

Scott, you need to catch up. Buy the movies, it will cost you about $15 to $20. Skip part three as it sucks and pertains to nothing. Then get caught up on Sarah Connor. Then you should be all set. I didn’t know that the new Terminator movies would be a trilogy, sweet.

I definitely do need to catch up. I hesitate buying the movies because I’ve become a bit of an HD snob…I have an HD DVD player but now that the format’s dead, I’m waiting to buy anything until I get a Blu-ray player. And they’re not available on the Apple TV yet either.
I’ll probably end up buying the DVDs…
