These are the types of photos that will drive those poor kids to become serial killers.

Just hope they don’t live by you….

Google’s Search Suggestions are Kinda Scary

Thursday, February 12th, 2009

On Google’s main page, typing in half a question leads to suggestions based on what other people have searched for. Gizmodo has a pretty scary list of some suggestions that Google offers based on question fragments. What’s scary about it? The frequency that people search for this stuff. Read on for the list. Comcast Customers in Tuscon Get a Different Kind of Celebration Dance (UPDATED)

Monday, February 2nd, 2009

UPDATE: As I expected, Comcast’s “apology” turned out to be a measly $5 discount. This is a shameful display of customer service and Comcast is blowing it big time (no pun intended).

If you watched the Super Bowl last night, you have to remember Larry Fitzgerald’s huge reception for a touchdown that put the Cardinals over the Steelers with only two and a half minutes left to go. It was a very emotional play, not only because it was a huge comeback but also because of the story of Fitzgerald’s mother. You can bet that the folks in Arizona were ready to party down. (more…)

Yet Another Bad Idea: 3D Porn

Monday, January 26th, 2009

As if the jump to high definition weren’t bad enough (because sometimes you don’t want that much detail), some people in Hong Kong are throwing $4 million at the first 3-dimensional porno flick called “3D Sex and Zen.”

First of all, $4 million is a freakin’ lot of money for any porno movie..but they also say that only 25-30% of it will be sex scenes. Sounds like a blockbuster!

iStock Photo is Quite Morbid

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

During my daily work travels, I needed to head on over to good ole iStockPhotos.com.  I was surprised to see this image waiting for me.  This is hands down one of the most creative and morbid 503 error pages I’ve ever come across.  I’m not sure what type of sick twisted humor they have over there but I like it.  Good work iStock people.  I’ll continue to purchase your resonably priced photos.

Daddy’s Little Girl

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

Nothing beats the quality time you can spend with your loved ones.  It has been proven over time, that a dad and his daughter always build a special bond.  There are all of those special times that will happen over her life time.  The wearing of makeup, the first boys to come to the house, the prom dresses, the graduations, wedding day, and ……. breaking down and re-building “with function check” an AR-15 machine gun in only 53 seconds.  Whooo ha!

Spam Infiltrates My Calendar

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008

It’s a sad, sad day. I was checking out my iCal when I came across an event I didn’t remember adding. It said “8:30 PM CONTACT GSP COURIER COMPANY.” Having never heard of such a company and wondering why in the hell that was in my iCal, I clicked on it to see the details. To my shock and dismay, it turned out to be some kind of spam Google calendar event that got downloaded into my iCal. Listed as “attendees” to the event are about 50 email addresses including mine…presumably all those who got spammed. I’m still not sure how it happened. I don’t open spam email so I couldn’t have clicked on anything to add it to my calendar.

Anyways, the text of the “event” is pretty funny so here’s a screen shot: (more…)

Skirt Mousepad Cover – Yes, Really

Thursday, April 10th, 2008

This one is for all you nerdy dudes who count “lefty” as your only sexual partner. It’s a cover for your mouse pad that looks like a jean skirt. So you know, while you’re surfing the ‘net, it looks like your hand is up some chick’s skirt. Right…

I can only imagine the sad individual who would actually use something like this. In my imagination, he looks a lot like Dyna…that’s weird…

Sorry Dyna.

Air Force Came Within Inches of Destroying Us All

Thursday, April 10th, 2008

See that? That’s what’s known in the journalism field as “sensationalism.” The Air Force didn’t really almost kill everyone. Still, this story is scary as all hell. (more…)

Americans Have it Easy: Iranian Actress May Get Death Penalty for Sex Tape

Friday, April 4th, 2008

Iran recently voted in favor of a bill that may make the creation of pornography punishable by death. That’s bad news for Zahra Amir Ebrahimi, an actress who recently had a tape released of her and some dude gettin’ it on. She denies that she’s the one in the tape but word on the street is that she’s facing “fines, whip lashing or worse for her violation of Iran’s morality laws.”

I guess I can’t say too much about a country whose beliefs I know nothing about, but if you ask me, those guys are f’n crazy. Pam and Tommy don’t know how good they’ve got it.
