A Slew of New Black Friday 2009 Ads

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

People like to use the term “leak” when talking about getting their hands on Black Friday ads early (yes, we know we’re guilty). In all honesty, a company would be stupid not to release their ads weeks ahead of time so that they can tempt people who are drawing up a battle plan.

In the great tradition of “leaked” Black Friday ads, here are a few links to help you on your way. (more…)

How Was Your Black Friday?

Monday, December 1st, 2008

The dust has settled. Black Friday 2008 has passed. The question remains…was it worth it?

Dyna and our buddy Jason camped out at Best Buy to get the cheap laptop. I wussed out because, honestly, there wasn’t a deal I really gave a crap about. The Countdown to Black Friday Has Begun

It’s also the day when every parking lot in the country looks like a zombie movie. Deals will abound, as will crazy bastards who want to sit outside in the freezing cold for upwards of 10 hours just to save $20 on a blender. (more…)

Sears Black Friday Ad Leaked, Flex That Credit Card

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

Gizmodo got a peak at the Sears Black Friday ad for this year and it’s looking pretty sweet. Some of the more notable deals include a Sharp 46-inch 1080p LCD for $899, a TomTom GPS unit for $99 and a Samsung Blu-ray player for $199.

People are saying that with the crap economy we’re facing right now, Black Friday deals will be insane to try and move products. I say, crap…that means another Thanksgiving night freezing my balls off in a parking lot with Dyna playing video games and drinking black coffee with whiskey in it. Wait..that rules. Ok I’m in. Check out the full list after the break. (more…)
