Anyone who has known me for a few years knows that The Matador is my default bar of choice in Orlando. One of the main reasons is that it was opened by three friends of mine, all of whom have known me since I was knee-high to a grasshopper (that means I was really young). Sarah Carter has had a low-key but successful career in films and television. She was in Final Destination 2, but got killed off pretty early. She had a small role in Entourage (she drove the guys to the Sundance film festival), and she was in Shark on CBS. She’s turning 28 today….and she’s Canadian. Just in case you were curious.
